I've been tagged!!!, by the lovely Sam...........
This will be tricky Sam, but I will have a go!
Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to blog about their seven things and post the rules as well. At the end of your blog, you need to choose 7 people to get tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them that they have been tagged and to read your blog! OK, here goes...
1/ I went OS when I was 19, got drunk, fell over and came home.
2/ My father died of Leginella Disease at the Alfred Hospital, it was a cover up, we suspect he contracted it there.
3/ My family is from South Australia, but I was born here.
4/ I nearly choke myself when sleeping as I wrap the doona around too tight.
5/ I'm a Big Brother Fan.
6/ My Great Great Great Grandmother sewed the Ureka Flag
7/ I laugh a little too late at Jokes.
I tag Simone, Jode, Fleur, Louise, Michelle, Tiena and ummmmm Bon!!
I dont mind if you have already done it!
See ya!

scrapbook divas
Just thought I'd update my Blogging friends with a couple of layouts done for my DT spot on Scrapbook Divas. this layout has been done with the latest Basic Grey Stela Ruby range and Heidi Swapp clocks, I really like this one. Loads of walnut ink to soften the white.
This one came to me as I needed to use some of that stash I'd been saving up { how long can you hang on to this stuff?} anyway its all mostly Heidi Swapp. I love Heidi Swapp with loads of black and white. Were having a sale,.............FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TILL MIDNIGHT THURSDAY 12TH APRIL 2007 YOU WILL RECEIVE 25% OFF ALL "OLD" HEIDI SWAPP PRODUCTS AND MY MINDS EYE PAPERS, KITS AND RUBONS. (THE HEIDI SWAPP PRODUCTS IN THE "NEW IN APRIL" SECTION ARE NOT ON SALE).

Mascara for the upper lip.
The 3 Geek Amigos, Sam, Uncle Phil and Kenny.
We dyed Easter Eggs then smashed them together after dinner......
Fiona dressd up the van..

Scrap Jacked
Have you guys seen this new Website?
http://aussiescrapjack.blogspot.com/
Here is a little about this awesome new Blog:
How do YOU scrapjack?????
Well, we thought it might be time for a bit of an explaination as to how you will all go about entering this wonderful challenge every month. As you know, we here at Aussie Scrapjack will be nominating an Aussie scrapper for you to jack each month.
On the first day of the month, we will reveal who the jackee is, display their work and a little about them.
Each of us here at Aussie Scrapjack will then scraplift the jack, just to give you some inspiration.
It is then up to you to either 1) scraplift the displayed layout, or 2) go off to the jackee's online gallery or blog and find a layout by this person that you love and lift it.There will be a winner announced at the end of the month.
We will be choosing the winner from many criteria, including, the best scraplift that also includes the individual flair of the artist who has completed it.
So you do not have to do a direct lift of the jack's work, you are free to interpret YOUR way, as long as the original principals of the jackee's LO are retained. Get it?

Poppets...............
You know I love them! Bon's scraps http://www.bonsscraps.com.au/
had a Challenge during her Cyber Crop and it was to do a poppet using 4 diffrent pp and buttons. Thought I was over poppets, but after having tried and tried last night, cutting out many heads { which just means I'll have to turn them into poppets too!} and fumbling with loads of Pattened Paper I finally came up with this little baby!!!!
You like?
I think its just about the best poppet I've ever done!

123 Cyber crop
Hi lovely ladies, thanks for dropping by.
My little girl is such a mother and this photo worked out nicely. The quote says" A mother holds her childrens hands for a while their hearts forever" cute hey?
And this is a familiar photo I really love it, I used Elsie Flannagan Sketch for this and created the butterfly. Butterflies are popular at the moment I see then just about everywhere. ScrapbookDivas Cyber Crop is on tonight, 7.30 hope you can find the time and drop by, would love to see you all there.
Bye For Now.

Just a little news, Julie replied in our Toot Toot thread at Scrapbookdivas, that a layout of hers was accepted into the Basic Grey Gallery,
Awesome news, they wouldn't put anything in there, it would heve to be pretty good.
Well done Julie.
Taking a leaf from her Book I've submitted and been accepted into the Cherry Arte Gallery with 'My Beach Babe' layout, so a big thank you to Julie for making that happen for me.

latest for Scrapbook Divas, A Little Mother, and her baby Esmeralda
Bronte just re-discovered my Doll, we dressed her again and Bronte showed me how you carry babies, so they want fall down, she really showed a gentle side that Maternal instinct we are all born with. I remember doing the same thing with this doll, and its a real treat to see her being played with again. Although later that night little footsteps were heard and B entered my room, holding Esmeralda,
' Mum you can have her back, I don't need her anymore!"
" But who will love her Bronte?"
" You can!"
and she ran off...........
a little later, Footsteps again, " Mum is just that I don't want sticking into me things in my bed I just want soft things in my bed with me" "Thats ok sweetie, I'll always love Esmeralda "
Cherry Arte Papers I just loved loved loved doing this layout as as you may or may not be aware I often suffer from the " I can scrap anymore" syndrome and these papers were on my desk for a good three days, while I walked past and shuffled them around. Then all the sudden, the layout comes to life.
Thanks for dropping buy Bloggers and I'll catch up with you all very soon!

Well hello fellow bloggers!!
Hi everyone, hope you are all well and happy.
Wow!!!!! did you see I got 13 comments on my last post, I so happy you all took the time to look at my work and then to leave a comment, that's all so very nice of you, I'm truly humbled.
Thank you.
I'm having trouble accessing blogs to leave comments from home, sometimes I can get in sometimes I cant, just letting you know I am surfing, and I see all you posts, its very frustrating.
Have you guys seen this layout?

I need to tell you have adorable little Lisa is, we took the recycled litter out from the bottom of her cage, as we thought it was hindering her performance in the wheel and her little yellow car. We set about lining her cage with nice soft toilet paper, lots of layers so she would be warm, and feel like she was walking on pillows. hehehe

Ali's Challenge
While surfing some blogs I can across this Challenge on Ali Stafford Blog:http://www.alistafford.blogspot.com/
take the time to visit her blog for further details.
Here are some:
"I want you all to post in your blogs 10 of your layouts. It doesn't matter if you've already uploaded them to your blog before - just think of it as giving us all a "refresher".
Now - these 10 layouts - they have to be a *certain* 10.
I want to see the 10 layouts which are either:
(a) your favourite 10 layouts; or
(b) the 10 layouts that you're most proud of; or
(c) 10 layouts that have some really special significance ; or
(d) a combination of any of the above!"
Here we go:This is one of my most recent, using Rhonna Farrer stamps and white paint. Great Photo. This second one is of Jacks good friend Cody playing in the sand pit with Baby Born, hehe too funny. Fabric Flowers.

The third is of Jack having a ice cream down the beach at Torquay, this was done for the 123 Challenge.
This is an old one, very simple, but I just love the colours. I actually covered the WeR Memonry Keepers letters with cardstock to match, took ages!
This one has to be at least 2 years old, I'll never rip this one up! LOL.lLove the colours in this also, that blue I just adore.
oh! now this one, was a mistake, I accedently printed this photo on a4 but it worked out OK, this was a milestone for me, the 1st time I'd written on a photograph. another milestone, this was the 1st layout I'd incorporated hand stitching and doodling.
I choose this one as I adore the feel and the colours in the photos, this was done in my Fabric period, I couldn't stop using it! Funny thought when people see it they only see the word" bum", not the wordbeach! LOL
Another 123 Challenge, RF stamps again, very subtle. oh now this one is old too, did this for that For Keeps competition, think I only entered once!

My sister turned 50!!!
She's a party girl, she has a party house, she a art collector and a world traveller!
Her daughter Lindsay on the right and step daughter Clare on the left, did a wonderful job on the speeches, very very funny! Then Phil, her partner made a speech, then the traditional song was sung, by us all, a funny twist on " These are a few of my favourite things" all related to Fiona's life. Way too funny!
The next photo is of Fiona and I, there is 10 years difference, yup so that means I'll be forty this year, and I'm telling you, its making me feel sick!
